Digital Products

All digital products (including templates, eBooks, spreadsheets, guides, and courses) are non-refundable and non-returnable due to their instant delivery nature. Once a product is purchased and delivered, it is considered final.

Exceptions will only be made in the following situations:

You were charged more than once for the same product.

You did not receive your digital download within 24 hours of purchase, and our team is unable to provide access after troubleshooting.

If you believe you qualify for an exception, please contact us at support@eleganceclerical.com within 7 days of your purchase.

🧾 Services

For virtual services (such as admin support or tax consulting), refunds are not available once the service has been rendered or partially delivered.

Cancellations for booked services must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for rescheduling or credit toward a future session.
